Tire Moulds
Tire molds are made from several mold segments, which are made of steel or aluminum, depending on the application.
There are two common processes available for manufacturing the tire molds, on the one hand the casting process that was only used in the past, and on the other hand the newly developed process of direct milling.
Highly complex tire profiles with or without sipes can be realized by us and are milled directly by us.
Our main areas of activity can be found in the following areas:
• Directly milled tire shapes
• Production of the csating molds
